All purchases made at Lone Hill Studios are final at this time. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at noreply@lonehillstudios.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and work to make it right.

Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as we begin processing immediately to ensure timely fulfillment.
